Transpo Product Conditions Of Sale

Payment: Net 30 Days to approved accounts. Otherwise, cash with order or COD. Payments received after 30 days are subject to late charge. Shipments for past due accounts will be held until account is current. Please pay from invoice. Statements are issued only on request. In the event of default, all costs, legal fees, and late charges will be collected along with account balance.

Prices: All prices contained herein are net wholesale to U.S. Electrical Rebuilders only. All invoices reflect prices in effect at time of order. Back-orders will be processed according to prices in effect at time of original order. Although Transpo will endeavor to maintain the pricing herein and to notify our customers in advance of any changes, all prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Shipping: All orders are shipped FOB shipping point. All orders are subject to a nominal shipping & handling charge.

Order Processing: The customer will be invoiced only for actual quantities shipped. Backorders will be processed according to the terms of the original order unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to consider shipment of any item ordered as complete if the total quantity shipped is 90% or more of the original quantity ordered.

Conditions: In the event a customer's purchase order may contain any clauses that in any way purport to alter, change, modify, or suspend any condition of sale contained herein, TRANSPO's terms and conditions shall always be considered in full effect.

Standard Packaging: Transpo reserves the right to package product in standard multiple quantities and, further, to change quantities ordered to conform to standard pack quantity.

Sales Tax: Customer assumes all sales tax responsibility when and where applicable.

Minimum Order: $25.00

Returns: All returned goods must prominently display a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the shipment. Credit may not be issued for unauthorized and/or unidentified returns received without an RMA number. RMA's may be obtained by calling your Account Representative or Customer Service. We will endeavor to process and issue all RMA requests within 24 hours. All returns are to be shipped freight pre-paid to Transpo Electronics, 2150 Brengle Avenue, Orlando, Fl 32808 as our receiving department cannot accept COD shipments. A minimum 15% restocking charge may be applied to all new parts returned for credit to offset handling costs.

Claims: Claims for shipping errors or shortages must be reported to Transpo within 10 working days of receipt of shipment. Proper receiving procedures must be employed to safeguard from signing away your rights to file for lost or damaged shipments beyond Transpo's control.

Transpo Product Warranty Policy

Transpo Electronics, Inc. warrants that the parts sold will be of the kind and quality described in the order or contract and will be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service; Transpo makes no other warranty, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness. Transpo's obligation and liability under this warranty is expressly limited to repairing or replacing, at our option, within 12 months from date of invoice, any product which proves defective with normal and proper use. Transpo's obligation under this warranty shall not include any transportation charges or costs of installation, or any liability for direct, indirect, or consequential damages or delay.

This warranty applies with respect to all classes of equipment, such as voltage regulators, etc. This warranty does not apply if the Transpo product has been abused due to misuse, neglect, unauthorized alteration, improper installation, accidental damage or faulty repair efforts. This warranty covers only such failures as result from defective material or workmanship in Transpo products and shall in no event cover any resultant systems failure or consequential damages. Similarly, this warranty does not apply to products or parts such as regulators in instances where adjustment thereof will correct the alleged defect.

Transpo Electronics, Inc. neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume on its behalf any other warranties or liabilities in connection with Transpo Electronics, Inc. The remedies set forth herein are exclusive, and the liability of Transpo with respect to any contract or sale, or anything done in connection therewith, whether in contract, in tort, under any warranty, or otherwise, shall not, except as expressly provided herein, exceed the price of the part on which such liability is based.

This warranty has been drafted to comply with Federal Law applicable to products manufactured after July 4, 1975.
