This
is followed by 'print and fire' of the electrical
circuit in computer controlled furnaces at temperatures
as high as 1000° C. Then, the 'printed' resistors
are passive trimmed by computerized lasers to exact
values. Next, high speed pick and place robots, equipped
with optical scanners and inline testers, place and
test components to meet our rigorous standards.
Finally,
the hybrid circuits are returned to trim lasers for
active set point calibration and computerized testing
to bring the product within exact design tolerances.
At this stage the hybrids are dedicated to a final
configuration and this process includes an additional
three test intervals to guarantee you the finest quality
product.
