Environmental Policy

Transpo Electronics Inc., Division of WAI, establishes, documents, implements, maintains an Environmental Management System to continually improve its environmental management and ultimately to reduce the environmental impacts of its operations, activities, products, and services.  Within the framework of our Environmental Management System we commit to:

1.    Determine how to fulfill the requirements of the Standard by identifying materials, processes, products and wastes that cause or may cause pollution and  implementing measures to avoid, reduce or control pollution where technically and economically viable.  

2.    Comply with applicable laws, regulations, codes of practice that relate to the Organization’s environmental aspects. To achieve and maintain conformance, we develop and maintain a management system for identifying relevant requirements and for monitoring performance of related activities.  

3.    Communicate this Environmental Management System policy to all persons working for or on behalf of the Organization.
